On 05-09.03.2017 the team of CEJM had an utter pleasure to be guest in the Court of Justice of European Union in Luxembourg, during the study and research visit in the Library of Court of Justice. Each of the members of the Team had a possibility to collect needed materials for further own research purposes.
Besides the individual programs and activities, the whole Team under the supervision of the Director of Center of Excellence of Jean Monnet, Prof. Dagmara Kornobis-Romanowska had a pleasure to visit the buildings of the CJEU, to participate in the hearing before the Court of Justice (C-52/16 SEGRO – C-113/16 Horváth), and – last, but not least – to participate in the seminars conducted by the Polish Judges of the Court, Prof. Krystyna Kowalik-Bańczyk and Prof. Nina Półtorak, and also with the Advocate General, Prof. Maciej Szpunar. Each of the experts conducted for the CEJM team the separate closed scientifical seminar, regarding certain aspects of works of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
We would like to very thank our hosts at the CJEU for creation of chance of such meeting, the openness and the unique chance to have an insight into how the CJEU operates day-to-day.
